House vacation rentals in Nedešćina

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We'd all like to come back here next year.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach can also be reached. However, the way back in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

Beautiful and perfectly maintained accommodation with beautiful private pool in very quiet area. Sara is a wonderful hostess. We were warmly welcomed and she was available throughout our stay for advice on nice getaways or restaurants in the region.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

A place to feel good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers everything you need for relaxing holidays. Our two-year-old son had a lot of fun – whether in the pool, with the lovingly provided toys or on the small playground right next door with a slide and swing. The garden and pool area are wonderfully idyllic and invite you to linger. If you want to explore the beaches of the area, you should plan a car – the quiet location of the accommodation is perfect for switching off, but not within walking distance of the coasts. All in all: a great time in beautiful surroundings – we will be happy to come back!

We spent three weeks with a child and a dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

It was really nice, Ivan and his family were really friendly and always there if you needed help. They also gave us nice recommendations for the surrounding area!

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Such a special and beautiful place to spend a few days in nature close to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house a lot and will definitely come back.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful vacation home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. To make it short: A great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing vacation! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you could ever need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. Communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back any time and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼

We booked the great accommodation with Vladimir for 10 days with 6 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house is fantastic. The garden is huge (not fenced) and in addition to soccer goals, table tennis, huge trampoline and co. it is beautifully landscaped. The heated pool was very usable even in April. The children and the dog were able to romp around outside. There is a huge amount of toys. The house is also equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished. You can get to all the great places in Istria very quickly and still be a little away from the hustle and bustle. We were most impressed by the quick response and support from Vladimir and Valdi. For small problems (pool heating, heating in general) or other questions, both provide immediate support. Vladimir gave us many wonderful tips on what to do in the area. Such courteous communication from the host is rare!

Great little house with a lot of love for detail. The house has enough storage space on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen incl. a stove, oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom is a washing machine, which was really handy. We had breakfast and dinner daily on the terrace. The location is quiet, in the middle of a small village, away from tourists such as in Rabac and yet you can reach everything by car within 5-10 minutes (grocery stores, restaurants and beaches). Communication with Jelena was excellent, she gave us great tips for excursions and answered all questions quickly and kindly. We thought our vacation with her was great and would be happy to come back.
