Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Roda

We had a great stay. the Apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Absolutely worth the price.

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

The most beautiful part of traveling isn't just the place you stay— it's the people you meet there. We're not ones to chase luxury, but this stay had everything we could’ve asked for to feel completely at home. Just a short walk to the beach, spotlessly clean, convenient parking, and above all, the kindest hosts! Vaso & Ioannis, it was truly a pleasure— thank you for your warmth and hospitality. We had a great time at Maria's. The beach is just a five minute walk away, everything was clean and Maria was always helpful und kind.

The apartment was very clean, new, spotless, very nice furnished and fully equipped. Quick access to restaurants and supermarket. Also very close to beaches.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

The house was good enough for us. It is close to the beaches, 5 minutes away by car. Teo was too friendly and helpful. The decoration of the house was good also. In brief, we liked the house.

We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Although Maria does not speak English we managed to understand each other and were welcomed very warmly. It was very cozy and clean in the house. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. We leave an extremely good impression and many wonderful memories of the stay. The only thing that needs to be changed is the location of the house in the site because there is a discrepancy of several directs.

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay in the countryside but with easy access to both coasts. The terrace is large and great for having your meals, coffee or an evening drink. The village has coffee bars and a bakers and a short distance away is a Lidl!! The bed is comfortable, it is very clean and bright and Dafina is a brilliant host. She enabled us an early check in and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit the area.
