Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and a cat share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Lena's and Sofi's summer house, is beautifully situated just 700 meters from Trani Ammouda Beach and 1 km from the picturesque village of Ormos Panayia. In the area you will find traditional restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, beach bars, café-bars etc., as well as many other beaches and places since we are located in the most central point of the second arm of Halkidiki. The house, fully equipped, is ready to welcome you.This unique location waits you, to explore it.

Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
