It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. Public free parking right behind the house. There is a bakery, coffee shop, mini market, shops nearby. The sea is 250 meters on foot, very easy access by road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, state-of-the-art construction 2024. There are awnings for shade on the balconies.

Είναι ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό σπίτι (1881μ.Χ.) 55 τ.μ + 20 τ.μ. μπαλκόνι και αυλή, προσφάτως ανακαινισθέν πλήρως. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο , μια ευρύχωρη αίθουσα - κουζίνα και ένα μπαλκόνι. Το χωριό είναι από τα σημαντικότερα ορεινά χωριά της Θάσου, με μια δυναμική που έλκει τον επισκέπτη, τόσο εξ αιτίας της μακρόχρονης ιστορίας του, όσο και λόγω του φυσικού κάλους της περιοχής, όπου είναι κτισμένος.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

Ground floor apartment - Laskarina apartments

The two-storey stone building built in 1890 was restored and completely renovated just recently, is located in the village of Limena, on the outskirts of the Acropolis, less than 10 minutes from the beach of Limena in the old port, near the archaeological site of ancient Thassos, the archaeological museum and the church of Agios Nikolaos. There is a bakery 50m away and a supermarket 150m away.
