Public free parking right behind the house. There is a bakery, coffee shop, mini market, shops nearby. The sea is 250 meters on foot, very easy access by road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, state-of-the-art construction 2024. There are awnings for shade on the balconies.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (kids must me 2yrs or older).

The two-storey stone building built in 1890 was restored and completely renovated just recently, is located in the village of Limena, on the outskirts of the Acropolis, less than 10 minutes from the beach of Limena in the old port, near the archaeological site of ancient Thassos, the archaeological museum and the church of Agios Nikolaos. There is a bakery 50m away and a supermarket 150m away.
