The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Spacious, bright studio in a quiet neighborhood. At the same time very centrally located. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach various supermarkets, restaurants, etc. as well as the city center. The apartment is ideal for solo travelers and couples. The kitchen and workspace facilities make it a perfect choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Welcome to our charming apartment which feels like home. You will have your own 55qm apartment with a spacious bathroom, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a wooden balcony. In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
