One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

With views of the Texel group, 700 m above the talk boiler of the city of Meran, you can immerse yourself in a small paradise, secluded and away from everyday life. Only the bells of the sheep, the crow of the rooster and the gentle sounds of the wind play complements the singing of nature. The farm is agricultural and gastronomic. There is also a farm shop, with a variety of tasting options (food packages).

Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

On the ground floor of the house, directly below the apartment, is the fine, fully equipped CoWorking STUDIO OBERGASSE. In addition, it can be booked for €25/ day. Kutatsch is a small village in the south of South Tyrol. It is usually more quiet and cozy. During the harvest period from June to October, the fruit and wine growers follow nature and enter their harvest.

The heavenly box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, big smart TV including Netflix and daily bread service offer a high level of comfort.
