Von März 2022 bis Juli 2023 haben wir mit viel Eigenleistung unser Tiroler Landhaus , welches wir 'our homebase' nennen, saniert. Seit August 2023 kann die separate Ferienwohnung 'your vacation base' gebucht werden. Wir befinden uns im Dorfzentrum, umgeben von der imposanten Bergwelt und der urbanen Stadt Innsbruck. Ideal für Paare, Familien und Freunde, um Erinnerungen zu schaffen.

The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family (also with a dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly furnished and barrier-free, even with a stair lift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.

Now it’s a peaceful hideaway in a prime spot: just 10 minutes uphill to the Alpine Zoo and the forest, or 15 minutes downhill to the Old Town. If you'd rather ride – the W bus stops right outside, and lines 501, 503 & J are just around the corner.
