Waterfront vacation rentals in Nassau

We booked this villa last minute after we had already arrived in the Bahamas. The AirBnB we booked was awful so we actually ended up booking this place (in addition to the place we originally booked unfortunately). We wanted somewhere nice for Christmas. Everything was fantastic and it saved our holiday. The only sad part was that we could not stay longer as it was already booked so we had to return to our other AirBnB for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place. Was clean and had everything you would need. Plus the beach club and restaurant are great. Our girls used the gym and we got coffee at the dock every morning. The staff at the beach bar by the pool were amazing. There was a really lovely woman that looked after us each day. We loved the marina view every morning. The queen room has a small bunk room attached (via the bathroom) so this is good for little kids. Our teen daughters took over the queen room and the bunk room so it worked out perfectly for our stay.

We just arrived home from a fantastic stay at Steph & Steve Love Beach in Nassau Bahamas. If you are looking for a home away from home please stay at Steph & Steve Love Beach!!’. This BEAUTIFUL condo is well located just minutes from the airport in a SAFE and very quiet area of the city; great for relaxing. If you don’t have a car the #12 bus outside the condo takes you into the city; a 30 minsl drive. The condo is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Tuppeware, foil paper, zip lock bags etc. came in handy as we packed our lunch daily before heading to the beach. Love Beach is a short walk from the condo. We appreciated how Quiet the beach was (we walked to the far right of the beach)and the beautiful turquoise water sealed the deal.Upon arrival we were exhausted from our long flight and the host recommended a few restaurants with delivery. A quick call to Marcos Pizza and dinner was facilitated. Thank you Steph and Steve for making our stay at Love Beach so memorable, we look forward

Family of four (kids 7 & 9) stayed for 7 nights. The condo was clean, spacious, simple modern decor, comfortable beds, and an incredible deck. AC worked well. Well stocked kitchenware. Grocery, liquor store and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the Poop Deck, Blue Sail (casual) and Meze (fine dining). Our kids loved playing in the pool and the surf was fun, but not too intense. Soft, sandy beach. Notable downsides: general wear & tear of outside areas compared to photos, low water pressure, limited anarondack chairs. Overall, this is a great spot if you prefer to avoid the resort crowds and have a local beach practically to yourselves. Easy access to downtown ferry terminal for excursions. Excellent communication from Madison before and throughout our stay. Shout out to Maliek, the driver recommended by hosts. He was prompt to respond, kind and personable.

We discovered Sarah’s place online for our first family vacation to the Bahamas. It looked perfect for our family of 5 with it being walking distance to restaurants, water park, casino and more, but with the privacy of our own beach and an at-home feel instead of a hotel and it exceeded our expectations! It’s only 10 minutes from the airport too! We were greeted immediately by on-site amazing staff and given a tour of the facilities. Beds are comfy, decor is beautiful and so much space indoors and out. Highly recommend this Condo and we will be back!

We loved our stay at the Emerald Wave. Very peaceful and relaxing watching the waves and enjoying the private beach. Note for others Room 2 does not have ocean views as it faces the pool which is lovely as well.

West Wind ll was amazing. It is an older place but well maintained. The pools were cleaned everyday. One is heated, which was nice on the cooler days. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food at the bar was delicious and the drinks were too. They have 2 cats that roam the property and we all take turns feeding them. The view from our unit was out of this world. It was great waking up to the ocean and watching the cruise ships come in every morning. The bus system is close by and very easy to use. Taxis can be expensive and you have to negotiate the price. Only downside is the buses stop running around 7pm. We would come back here in a heartbeat!!!!!

I’m bias really happy that the unit was clean and had a pleasant aroma. Rosevelt was very communicative and accommodating. The location was a 10 minute walk away from the beach and a little less to The Atlantis. There was also a nice restaurant and convenience store close by. I rented a vehicle and parking on the property was no issue. The unit was close to some parking spaces so occasionally you could hear cars parking but the noise was not excessive at all. Since I was traveling alone this unit was perfect for me. I did appreciate the birthday message from Rosevelt. That was a great gesture. I would book this place again. It was a my first time booking with Air BnB and it was a great experience

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my bday. It was a great location because Baha Mar was next door so we could walk to the restaurants, casino, and clubs. During the day the private beach was absolutely amazing! There were plenty of chairs to use and the beach was perfect. The condo itself was perfect size for me and my 2 friends. There was a lot of privacy with the bedrooms and also spacious common areas where we could all hang out. The balcony was also key! I would definitely recommend this property!

Where do I start? Penny’s house is beautiful inside and out. Well located across from the water and near a supermarket (7minutes walking). Penny was a wonderful host, always responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back and will recommend her place to anyone looking to vacation at Nassau.

We had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we booked, Derek and Portia went above and beyond. Derek was super responsive during planning, and Portia helped us find a rental company that would work with me being 21. She also checked in during our flight, greeted us at the house, and even offered to take us to get food. That night, she drove me to a liquor store, showed me the best local spots, and refused petrol money! When a storm hit and we couldn’t order food, she sorted it all for us. She later even dropped off a new snorkel set after we mentioned one was missing. The home was stunning—spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything: Netflix, board games, fluffy blankets, ice, snacks, even pool gear. The lagoon was gorgeous; we saw turtles every day. We loved the porch with fairy lights and the pool table was still fun even if slightly uneven. Just bring mosquito spray! This was one of our best stays ever. We’d return in a heartbeat. Huge thanks to Derek and Portia!

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

Keisha was an extremely helpful and pleasant host! The Airbnb was beautiful and extremely clean! I would definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und darüber hinaus. Sie haben auch noch Wasser in Galonen kostenlos dazu gereicht, also alles super. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

I can’t describe how wonderful this house was because you have to visit to believe it His place was serene, beautiful and so relaxing!! Just what we needed for a week away from the hustle of work!! Just off the beaten path but so worth it and we had our own private beach with snorkel gear, kayaks and floatees!! Will recommend to anyone!! 5 star!!!

Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to get any property from Lou in the future. Thank you Lou for making our stay amazing and memorable!

We were staying at this apartment before getting ready to sail for a week, it was the perfect place to stay to relax before our trip on the water. It would also be great for a longer stay as you have all the amenities to use right there at Palm Cay Resort (pool, bar, restaurant, beach, etc.) Additionally, Sandrina was an extremely proactive and responsive host for any and all needs we had during our stay. She strived to make our stay perfect and was both flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!

One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It immediately felt like home. Access to the pools and nearby beach was a huge plus. Jill was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating.

Great place, great location. Easy to walk or shuttle to Royal Towers. Check in was a breeze, property had all the amenities as described. Thank you….hope to be back soon.

Incredible location and beautiful house. Both even better than the pictures. We have stayed in this area of the Bahamas for 10 years. This was our first time to Tara’s place. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect little gem if your looking for a more relaxed and serene atmosphere. Vans home was beautiful, clean and accommodating. I would stay here again!!!
