The large windows offer views of Mt. Fuji in all seasons and the colorful natural scenery. Cherry blossoms in spring and autumn foliage in fall color the lawn garden, birds sing in the morning, and the starry sky spreads out above you at night. ★ Genuine furniture, bedding, and amenities With Hida Sangyo for the dining room, Tendo Mokuko for the tatami floor, Nippon Bed for the bed, and Nishikawa Futon, the carefully selected high-quality furnishings will enrich your time on your trip. The bathroom uses cloudy micro-bubbles, and you can enjoy a luxurious bath while looking at Mt. Fuji. How about staying a luxury 6 bed room villa? Our villa is walkable distance to Michi-no-Eki, Onsen, 7/11, restaurant and park. There is no houses in neighbor and very quiet area so you can enjoy BBQ party or any group event. We also have fire pit place at our beautiful garden! Quiet time is after 10pm. Please not make loud noises or loud music. The villa can occupy 16 people so it's perfect for group traveler and several family with children. We have big bath tub so please relax!

If you are looking for a quiet and private house surrounded by nature, Cozy Retreat is the perfect choice. You can get away from the noisy city area, yet it's only 5 km to the Lake Kawaguchiko, easy to access other attractions in the area (you need your own car to get by). The house has two bedrooms and one large living room, up to 6 people can stay comfortably. Guests especially love the large living room, as well as the garden with a large wood-deck. It's relaxing and cozy, indeed.
