The Farmhouse is a historic property located on a quiet street right in the center of town. Shop and browse galleries on Commercial Street, and visit the nearby Long Point Light Station. Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. My cozy lil'Ladybug Cottage located on a rustic dead end street w/Great Herring Pond at end of road and tennis/basketball courts w/playground across from the other end of the road-make a perfect spot! Centrally located to major roads, highways &convenient to historic Plymouth/Sandwich. Easy to explore and enjoy the Cape Cod canal, ocean beaches as well as recreational activities nearby. Hike trails @ Ellisville Harbor State Park/picnic at the Herring run or canal, or grab a game of golf nearby.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.
