Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

A 20-minute drive from the Predaia ski slopes and 30 minutes from Ruffrè-Mendola. You can also reach the Novella River Park and Lake Santa Giustina in 10 minutes where you can practice Kayak. 15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" (opened from Easter 2023) was conceived by our studio as a design apartment, strictly Made in Italy and with furniture that has made design history. In the living room is the famous oval Tulip table and outside is the round table by Eero Saarinen, accompanied by Moises chairs, which were celebrated as a work of art of the 21st century.
