Everything was perfect!

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

Location very good, the view from the terrace to the sea priceless. Apartment clean and as described. Host always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation. The location is very good and ideally suited for excursions.

Ρούλα is a really nice host, very welcoming and really helpful The house is very beautiful, it looks new, there is a small driveway where you can put the car I highly recommend it.

The house was very nice and comfortable The hosts were very caring and helpful. There was everything in the kitchen. They even put it in the basic food needs. Only the guests should have been informed that they had to pay 8 euros per day.

Spacious home near the water. Check in and check out was key transfer from George and wife with tour of house and garden. Super nice people.

We had a great time!The stay was great as Isabella was flawless professional at everything!The access to the beach is just opposite the house and there is a tavern right next door. At a distance of 1.5 km there is the city of Erateini where it has everything.

The stay, at the accommodation, exceeded our expectations. We booked nine nights. During our vacation, the host made sure everything was in order. Twice the apartment was deep cleaned and the underwear was changed. The recommendations she gave us were adequate and perfectly in line with our expectations. An added bonus is the baker and the beach restaurant which we used daily. Our vacation was great and despite a 10 hour trip we would book it again in time as long as there are apartments available.

The place was just like the photos, neat and spotless. The location is very good if you have a private vehicle with space for parking and the apartment is accessible for people with mobility difficulties. Our host was very kind and very helpful,everything we needed was there immediately and gave us great suggestions for the area.

Andriana’s flat was beautiful. Exceptional view! The apartment is so lovely and comfortable. Very walkable with shops and restaurants a stone’s throw away. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Although our stay was short, the place was exactly as described on the website... It was super clean and we didn't find any issue or issue... We'll go back...

Clean apartment with a very friendly host.

Very nice, pleasant house, small enough, quite organized and clean. Lovely stay, great communication with the host. Only small negatives (for some perhaps negligible) were the size of the bed (borderline a double for tall or large people) and the strong feeling of humidity in the atmosphere (which may be perhaps more general in the area).

A brand new apartment with all the amenities in a quiet place just 5 minutes from the city centre by car! I would totally revisit the place.

Wonderful welcoming hosts and homey peaceful place in the centre of town- unfortunately the lift was not working so stairs to third floor…free gym! I lived the atmosphere once inside, private, peaceful, surrounded by trees and the sea breeze but just a step from the centre but out of the hassle with warm friendly bars and cafes and some great shops (bio food) on the doorstep and mini market at the door - Tatiana and Alexandros could not have been more welcoming and caring

Place and bathroom are smaller than what appear on the pictures but it is a nice place to rent for a few days, located in the middle of the city centre. Huge balcony with views over the George's sq and Nafpaktos. Fair value for what you get. Mike was kind, responsive and flexible with the check in/out. Well recommended.

Stefanos’ house really felt like home! The hospitality was great and so heartful. The apartment was more than convenient. Mrs Mary was so welcoming and overall incredible! The neighbourhood is really quiet but also extremely safe. Thank you, I would definitely come back!
