The apartment is on the second floor of a modern apartment building, right behind the Lepanto Hotel, at a distance of 50 meters from the sea, on the beautiful beach of Gribovos (With the magnificent plane trees and the running waters). There are very short distance very nice restaurants, fish taverns, cafe-bars. Very close to the apartment building, there is a supermarket and an organized shop market. The distance to the main market is approximately 500 meters and from the Venetian port, about 800 meters.

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove.
