Villa i vacker skogsmiljö och ca 100 m till Sågsjön. Sommaren erbjuder bad från gemensamma bryggor. På vintern kan man åka skridskor på sjön, ca 2 min promenad. Vi erbjuder ett modernt hem med öppenspis och terrasspool (14 pers). El-uppvärms på sommaren och eldas på vintern. Ved ingår och finns i vedboden på baksidan av huset. På vår 3500 kvm stora naturtomt hittar du en stor gräsmatta, studsmatta, gungor, blåbärsris och en massa kryddor.

Free parking directly outside on the street. 8 min walk to shopping center with grocery stores, cafés, restaurants and gym. 15 min bus to two fantastic spas Yasuragi and Skepparholmen as well as to the beautiful art gallery Artipelag.
