Unwind in this unique and quiet home in nature reserve near Stockholm. We rent out our guesthouse located in Nacka with proximity to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cottage is 30 sqm with a sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs, there is a sofa and a mattress that sleeps one person each. In summer, there is the possibility of hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, in winter, cross-country skiing and ice skating in the area.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Comfortable and well located house in Hasthagen. Good communications with bus 71 and 401 with 20 min to Slussen and Stockholm city. The house has two bedrooms and is very suitable for a small family. Beautiful view over the Sickla lake and right on the border of the large recreational area Nackareservatet with endless trails for biking, running or skiing. 10 min bikeride to popular Hellasgarden with restaurant and rental of bike, skis, canoes as well as sauna with refreshing icebaths in winter!

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Own house with oceanview near city!

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
