The apartment is a 4th of 80m2. The kitchen has all the desired equipment. A spacious bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms with double beds. The small bedroom does not have a window. But is cozy. In the living room there is double sofa bed. The area has many nice walking trails that run through forest and nature reserves that surround the area. It's hardly 100m to the metro station. Only 15 minutes to the center of Stockholm by train. The subway has night traffic throughout Friday and Saturday nights.

The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Warmly welcome to our cozy apartment in a quiet area close to Stockholm. Walking distance is both lake and sea, nice nature, a good restaurant (The Old Smokehouse) and a grocery store. Good communications to Stockholm. The bus stop is at the end of the street and it takes 20–30 minutes to get to and from Slussen. We are a Swedish-French family who also speaks german and english. On request it is also possible to order breakfast and to rent a bike.
