All water facilities (bath, toilet, kitchen) and furniture and appliances are new, and we value cleanliness and comfort. Feel free to use the entire building, which has been renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, as well as the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery and the forest where the stream flows.You can see birds, squirrels, and martens in the forest, and you can enjoy walking around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". At the pavilion by the stream, you can enjoy BBQs and campfires without worrying about the weather. As a base for sightseeing in all seasons! 15-20 minutes by car to Togakushi, Iinuma, Kurohime, Madarao, and Myoko. In an area with famous powder snow ski resorts, you can easily enjoy winter sports in the winter. Well maintained! The private sauna is equipped with a Finnish wood-burning sauna stove. You can also enjoy a self-lowering bath. Enjoy a luxurious sauna time and forest bathing in a water bath with a magnificent view of Mt. Kurohime. You can enjoy the comfort of warmth and refreshment at the same time. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. We also have a bathroom, toilet, air conditioner, washing machine, and dryer, so you can stay with peace of mind even for consecutive nights. For winter heating, there is a pellet stove, so please relax and enjoy.

This is a place where you can enjoy seafood, mountain produce, and delicious Niigata rice!! Have a great time with your family and friends. In July 2026, we did some additional renovations, changing from 2 to 3 bedrooms. One toilet was added on the second floor, making a total of two toilets. There are no more futons, and everything is now a bed. Blinds are installed in all rooms.

Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
