Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

We love this Villa, the plane is delayed more than 1 hour but the host still waiting and preparing cakes and water, our children are very hungry and thank you much for this welcome, the pool is large and the living room is very big. Quiet green space. We would come back and recommend this Villa to our friends.

It was nice because it was a very tidy and private full villa. I was satisfied because the interior was so tidy and the bedding was clean. There were a lot of rooms and king beds, so 6 people used it, and the whole family rested so comfortably. And nowadays, there's a Dyson Airwrap in Full Villa. I used it so well when swimming and doing my hair. ~ Five stars for an accommodation where you can feel the host's attention to detail!!

My family and I had a great night at the villa for our short trip. I found the house very clean, comfortable and conveniently located: near the beach, near the food street and near the center. I hope that next time I return to Da Nang, I will stay here for more days. Thank you to the host for enthusiastically guiding us to places to have fun and eat delicious food at affordable prices. The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

This place was exactly what it appears to be. The house is breathtaking and the staircase it beautiful. If you don't like steps this may not be the place for you or if you have a lot of luggage. Everyone was so attentive and always ready to help. The local recommendation the assistance with transportation and the booking of excursions was simply amazing. The customer care and accessibility anytime was what makes this house stand out. The hosts literally ensure that you have everything you need. The really made me fall in love with Danang and I hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at the same place

Nice villa for my family (10adults and 3 kids) for our trip. Sarah is so nice and helps us a lot for planning our trip and rent the car.

It’s perfect house for short-term visitors. It has various type room and bathroom. The host is honest and kind also.

The place was super easy to find. Only thing was a beds were a little hard but I did not find it hard to sleep on. The star of the show was the Billard table because everybody enjoyed it. Anh tuan was super helpful and understanding about checking in early and checking out late. The price was affordable and the place was clean.

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

Pros: It's a wooden house near the Danang coast. You use the whole house, and the atmosphere is nice. Cons: You have to close the door tightly in the evening to keep mosquitoes and bugs out. There is one bathroom in the 2nd floor bedroom, and the drainage is poor. -> In 30 minutes of inquiring, someone came and took care of the mosquito repellent and drain, and I was grateful (but the drainage was still insufficient) Summary: The atmosphere is the best with nature, and you'll have the spacious house to yourself. Not recommended for those who hate bugs and mosquitoes or those who prefer hotels

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

The place is a Typical Vietnamese House with a stacked plan. The Living room is on the first floor(or Second) ,ie after climbing 20 steps. and the bedrooms on second and third floor. kitchen/pantry on the top floor. Great place for young fit people with lot of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

First of all, I'm so glad that the host contacted me!! Just like the photos, the interior was so pretty and cozy, so even if I took a bunch of photos, they came out so pretty. hahaha There's also Burger Bros right nearby, and there's a famous cafe, so the accessibility is so good!! It's so close to Mike Beach, so it's good to go out and have a drink, and I really enjoyed the resort!!It's a new place, so it's completely clean and spacious, so I went with my friends, but I think it's too good to go as a family!! The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

The sea and the market. Restaurants. Cafes. All facilities for travel such as grocery stores are very close and located in a convenient place to walk. It's an alley that's not too narrow, so it's easy to get around, and it's easy to call and deliver Grab! The swimming pool is very suitable for a family to play, the depth of water is deep, and it continues to circulate, so I had a good time. Tubes and balls are also provided. The house was old, but it was spacious and neatly organized, and there were extra towels, so there was no inconvenience at all. But... you can hear the sound of chicken at dawn (the chickens really rattle!) Tableware... You should not think about ceramics.
