We really enjoyed our stay. The set up was ideal for our family needs with a large swimming pool attached to the apartment block and the beach (and another pool) a 5 minute walk away. The beach at Danang is awesome and child friendly, this is always a major draw for us when selecting a destination to take a break. The location of the apartment is quiet and may not suit those who want easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, bars etc. Because of this one suggestion may be to have some basic condiments available depending on guests such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. There is a restaurant on site and was good for us and the staff were attentive. Communication with the host was very good and it is easy to connect and get any information needed. In short, we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying again.

The room was good, although there was a bit of an issue with the staff, the homeowner was quick to respond and resolve the issue, overall good and good value

Very nice apartment, super comfortable, exactly like on the pictures. Super services included, no bad surprise, people were responsive and very attentive to our needs. I really recommend this accommodation !

One of the best places I have stayed at (and I have stayed in quite a few these last years!) - it's close to the Dragon Bridge, even closer to the beach, the staff is very friendly. The bed was made everyday, the towels changed and it was a bargain! Highly, highly recommend it.

Very pleased with the hotel. The location is good. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes around. The sea is 5 minutes away. There is a smart TV. They give water every day. There are disposable toothbrushes, bathrobes, even a razor. The receptionists are very polite. The couple received a cake for their birthday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We stayed for 10 days at this place. A very nice staff cleaned the room daily. Ths location is very walkable to the beach (5 mins), to the touristy an thuong area where you will find restaurants and amenities. The room overlooks a construction site but, you have dark blinds to cover it at night and lots of sunlight and air during the day. The view is amazing on the rooftop, the pool surrounding and the lounge area could use better maintenance. For a budget stay it was worth it.

Phuoc An Hotel in Da Nang is worth recommending! The front desk lady is nice, and the location is right next to the Dragon Bridge. There are 4 bottles of water in the room every day. The cleaning is good. 24 hours ago. The price is affordable. Some private B&Bs are far from comparable to this one, thank you.

I was traveling with 7 friends, and there were 7 rooms, and two of the rooms had two beds, so I rested so comfortably. Also, the communication, which was the thing I was most worried about, was so easy, and I felt bad for the cleaning lady since she did a good job cleaning even though I didn't ask her to. The staff is so kind. Highly recommended

Magnificent beach view - you can see not only the sea but the sand and palm trees. Big windows, very spacious airy & bright. Balcony provides exceptional privacy as well as beach view. Somewhat austere, and very dignified, traditional Vietnamese furniture. There's a live ficus tree in the living room and a live plant on the desk. Quite an odd building; but great location. The desk in front of the big window overlooking the beach is a remote workers dream. Highly recommend.

Clean and nice

Very uncomplicated, nice and helpful hosts. Laundry was even washed free of charge and water was provided.

Very comfortable bed. If you have very good earplugs you will sleep like a baby.

Good place. I would go back.
