Apartment vacation rentals in Mỹ An

Comfortable, modern and well furnished apartment in a great location across the road from the beach in Danang. It is very easy to walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. We loved the East West Brewing Company restaurant across the road by the beach. The host provided local recommendation’s and was frequently in contact to ensure that everything was going well. We appreciated the early check in. There is a lovely roof top pool, however there is no shade around the pool or sun loungers and it was way too hot when we were there so we didn’t use it. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

Beautiful balcony views and a great place to start your da nang trip. It can be a bit loud at night with all the partying, but earplugs and/or ambient music can easily drown them out. Best place to stay it if you want to enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect host, great local recommendations, totally worth it

The room was spacious and comfortable. Here’s what I liked: • Well-equipped kitchen with good-quality cookware. • Comfortable mattresses and pillows. • We were allowed to rearrange some furniture, and I think the sofa would be better placed in front of the TV. • Large arched window on the second floor with great natural light and a nice view. A few things that could be improved: • The kitchen was missing a spatula and trash bags (because a lot of delivery food) • The bathroom sink was quite small, and there was an occasional smell. • A mosquito repellent device would be a great addition, as the city mosquitoes bite quite aggressively.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this place. It was very convenient to have a large table, two chairs, and an additional countertop along the wall where I could also sit and work on my laptop. At first, I was a little surprised that the shower and toilet were not in separate rooms, which caused some humidity from the shower to go directly into the main room. But overall, it’s a good accommodation option for a short stay.

This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

I'd love that the unit is strategically located near the beach and lots of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The unit itself is spotless, very clean, and have everything you need to stay. Huyen and her staffs greeted us with such warm welcome, making sure that our stay is smooth and relaxing. Would definitely coming back if we ever going to Da Nang again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. The architecture of the building and apt is unique with nice interior touches. The location is walkable to the beach with many excellent local restaurants right outside of the door. The hosts are exceptional, providing housekeeping if desired and even left fresh towels and water bottles at the door when we didn’t. We also tried several of their restaurant recommendations which were all great. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a safe local neighborhood close to the beach, then this is for you!

This was an amazing apartment right across the street from the beach. It was in a perfect location with so many great restaurants nearby and plenty of things to see and do. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was perfect to watch the sunrise. Ruby and her team were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to have a great stay. Overall, I had a great stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Great location. Near the beach, food spots and coffee cafes galore. The room has amazing views was just what I expected. The lifts to get to the top floor isn’t ideal as there is no air conditioning in them so if the lift is full it can take awhile to get to your floor but that’s pretty minor. Overall this place rocked all the boxes.

We booked the 1 bedroom apartment on the same day that we were meant to check in. The team was quick to get in contact with us to let us know that unfortunately the 1BD was not available for the dates we had selected and they would upgrade us to an available 2BD apartment free of charge! The apartment was very spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. The check-in/out processes were super easy because the team communicated these clearly. We only had to walk a couple of minutes to get to the beach, which was perfect. They were very quick to respond when we had questions and were always courteous and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

Good apartment and everything, but the one stove could be fixed.

Great place. Very spacious and bright. Meets the description and photo. Good location. There are nice cafes nearby. It was clean. Only more dishes would not hurt)

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys

The friendly host always responded quickly and gave feedback, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The view was so good, and there were so many things for the kids to enjoy, so I didn't know how time passed. I plan to use it again next time. It's nice and tidy because there are a lot of swimming pools. The bed was cozy, and it was very nice overall.
