Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Chúng tôi rất thích Villa này, máy bay delay hơn 1 tiếng nhưng chủ nhà vẫn chờ và chuẩn bị bánh ngọt và nước, con chúng tôi rất đói và cám ơn nhiều sự đón tiếp này, hồ bơi rộng và phòng khách rất lớn. Không gian xanh yên tĩnh . Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu Villa này cho các bạn của chúng tôi.

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

부담스럽지 않은 가격으로 가족들 모두 호사롭게 지내다 갑니다~ 숙소 컨디션도 정말 좋았고 다이슨 드라이기 최고최고+_+ 넓은 수영장 덕분에 힘든줄도 모르고 재미있게 놀았어요! 물놀이 용품도 대여해줘서 짐도 줄었다는~ 다시 오게된다면 또 이용하고 싶어요

가족여행 숙소로 좋은 선택이였어요. 리조트 공용 풀장과 해변도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 사진처럼 숙소도 깨끗했고 넓었어요. 호스트도 친절해요. 한국어 소통도 가능했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 가족여행 보냈습니다.

My family and I had a great night at the villa for our short trip. I found the house very clean, comfortable and conveniently located: near the beach, near the food street and near the center. I hope that next time I return to Da Nang, I will stay here for more days. Thank you to the host for enthusiastically guiding us to places to have fun and eat delicious food at affordable prices. Beautiful place to stay, easy to get anywhere you need to… had no problems at all… I’ll will definitely stay here again in future trips

It’s perfect house for short-term visitors. It has various type room and bathroom. The host is honest and kind also.

The place was super easy to find. Only thing was a beds were a little hard but I did not find it hard to sleep on. The star of the show was the Billard table because everybody enjoyed it. Anh tuan was super helpful and understanding about checking in early and checking out late. The price was affordable and the place was clean.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

장점 : 다낭 해안가 근처에서 목조로된 집입니다. 집 전체를 사용하며 분위기가 좋아요. 단점 : 저녁에 문을 잘 닫어야 모기나 벌레가 안들어와요. 욕실이 2층 침실에 한개이며배수가 잘 안됨 -> 문의한지 30분 만에 사람보내서 모기약, 배수구 손 봐주고 감(그래도 배수미흡) 총평 : 자연과 함께 분위기가 최고임 넓은주택을 단독으로 사용합니다. 벌레,모기가 싫거나 호텔을 좋아하시는분은 비추

Nice villa for my family (10adults and 3 kids) for our trip. Sarah is so nice and helps us a lot for planning our trip and rent the car.

Binh and Memee were the perfect hosts they gave us recommendations for all sorts of restaurants, and we’re always happy to help with any questions we had.

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

A convenient and homey place to stay in Da Nang. It is very near the beach and a a short walk to many places (Restaurants, Coffee shops Mini Marts, etc.) Shelby was a very responsive host and attentive to all our needs. I would.highly recommend his Pad to anyone traveling to Da Nang looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

저희 팀은 5~6명 이였는데, 호텔 대신 홈스테이를 선택했어요. 방은 꽤 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있었어요. 특히 발코니가 정말 마음에 들었어요. 저희는 넓은 발코니에서 물건을 사서 함께 파티를 열었거든요 ㅋㅋㅋ 집은 한강과 바다 근처에 있어서 이동이 아주 편해요~~주변에 맛있는 식당과 카페도 많았고, 호스트도 매우 친절했고 👍👍👍 맛있는 식당과 관광지까지 안내해 주었어요. 덕분에 저희는 아주 즐거운여행을 지냈어요~~ 다음에 다낭에 온다면 꼭 다시 올게요~~

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean spacious and modern with beautiful rooms decorated and furnished to a very hight standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed multiple times during our stay. The house manager Helen was great and sorted out any issues we had promptly and professionally. We were allowed to check in early and when we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms on the first day and Helen organised this to be resolved immediately, it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommended this stay you won’t be disappointed.

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

일단 호스트님 연락이 잘되어서 너무 좋아요!! 사진과 똑같이 인테리어가 너무 이쁘고 코지한 느낌이라 사진을 막 찍어도 너무 이쁘게 나오더라구요 ㅎㅎㅎ 바로 근처에 버거브로스도 있고 유명 카페도 있어서 접근성이 너무 좋아요 !! 미케비치랑도 완전 가까워서 쉬러나가서 한잔하기에도 좋고 진짜 휴양지를 잘 누리고 왔어요 ㅠ!!새로 생긴 곳이라 완전 깔끔하고 공간이 넓어서 저는 친구들이랑 갔지만 가족 단위로 가기에도 너무 좋은거 같아요 !!다음에 또 뵈어요~!

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Loc’s place is amazing and exactly how it looks, sleek and unique. We enjoyed our three-week stay here and used every floor. :) What a treat it was to be able to stay here!

Staying at Canaan Villa with family was a great experience! House is clean, neat and spacious - as advertised. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, went above and beyond to recommend restaurants, help us book attractions and transport at reasonable prices. Gave us the local recommendations which are away from the tourist spots, and loved them! Would recommend this listing to everyone!
