Vacation rentals with beach access in Murray River

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Kate’s property in St. Kilda is in a beautiful location, close to Tram stops, beaches, restaurants and much more. The apartment itself was well kept and had everything needed for a couple or solo traveller. I would greatly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne and its surroundings

Perfect little studio in the heart of St Kilda- but on a nice quiet residential street so a good night sleep is guaranteed! There’s even a quaint little balcony where you can see the ocean and city. We were blessed with perfect weather for our Melbourne weekend and loved the convenience to be able to walk to everything in St Kilda or hop an easy tram to the city: definitely recommend !

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Very nice apartment and great location. Froilan was very welcoming and quick to respond. Did not have any issues with our stay and would definitely stay again.

I cannot recommend Tim’s place enough! Such a lovely sunny, light filled apartment with everything you might need for a homey stay. Surrounded by lunch greenery outside the windows it’s so pleasant and does feel like a home! Bed is very comfy, sheets and pillows are good quality, everything is spotlessly clean, kitchen cupboards stocked with essentials that are free to use. Great communication and very clear instructions. Tim was kind to accept my last minute booking and accommodated later check out time. Location is top if you want to enjoy St Kilda by foot or catch a tram to CBD. Big plus is free parking in the back. Yes, it’s narrow to get in, but I had no problems with a station wagon. Thank you Tim! Would definitely stay again.

We have a wonderful time staying at Debra's studio that is spotlessly clean, well furnished, and totally separated from her main residence to provide us with privacy. Debra is a genuinely warm hearted lady that puts a lot of care preparing this studio for her guests. Her studio is so well stocked we literally lack nothing. One night, we ordered Takeaway Chinese Noodles for dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised she has prepared two chopsticks for her Asian guests as well. We checked in past 11pm on the first night. Debra kindly stayed up to check us into her studio. Even though it was already late, knowing we don't have anything planned the next day, she stayed to provide us with suggestions of local attractions, how to get to the CBD by just tagging on with our credit card using the tram that is literally right outside her place. We love her firm queen size bed. It is by far the best bed we have slept in. We also love the spacious bathroom shower, and its luxurious showerhead.

We stayed here with 9 family members and had the best time. We all agreed it is the best Airbnb we have stayed at. From the attention to detail, games provided, linen, welcome gifts and location/view. We will be back!

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

The property has everything. Every thought has been taken to make your stay perfect. We all kept saying all weekend we wish she had longer to stay to make the most of it. We will definitely book again. We had a mixture of ages and it was perfect for all. It made it such a great weekend and we have fantastic memories. Cannot say enough kind words thank you so much we were excited like young kids.

We had a fabulous few days at this outstanding property! This place is ‘next level’ gorgeous and has everything you need for a large group to enjoy time together. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking and dining, the decor is stunning. It has a relaxed beachside vibe but with lovely luxurious touches everywhere. We would recommend The Church on the Hill without hesitation.

great.. perfect for our weekend away, didn't get to.spend a lot of time in the Airbnb, but when did it was very comfortable would be great for a multiple family and kids with the bunk beds and downstairs 2nd lounge

Nice spot with great paddock views, shame we didn't get to enjoy the outside as it was windy/cold during our stay, but we enjoyed the fireplace and comfy couch/chairs both in the living room and the bedroom for a morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked for us to self-cater. We also took advantage of the in-unit laundry which was nice. Great stay, would recommend!

Absolutely beautiful location with a great sense of style where its located. We enjoyed the history of the town and the homes. Watching an epic storm roll in over the water was what felt like a once in a lifetime experience. Just epically beautiful. We met some great locals aswell as friends of our hosts who helped "guide" us off our misguided beach trip. That was a story we'll keep to ourselves haha. This was a perfect peaceful get away to treat ourselves and we'll never forget it.

Lovely property that we hope to visit again in the future. Enjoyed some great quality family time, easy place to chill out with kids or for couples. Great value property for the view and proximity to gorgeous beaches. Air con worked well, fans in bed rooms effective and nice evening cross breezes. Kitchen had everything you could need including useful basics. Clean and comfortable property. Very keen to return and have a getaway in Winter and make use of the gas log fire 🔥 Thank you Amber!

Our stay at Louise’s place was perfect. It’s very convenient as it is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the pier. Louise was very prompt in replying to any messages I sent. The house was very clean and tidy. Thanks Louise.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
