Great apartment, beautiful heritage building, great location.

Absolutely stunning views, and exceptionally beautiful in its autumn colours. Very comfortable and spacious. We just loved it. The only very minor point I would make is that the kitchen needs better lighting, it was difficult to see the oven and microwave settings without a (supplied) torch. But that's just a domestic inconvenience, the getaway holiday experience was brilliant.

Lovely stay at this apartment! Close to the train so it is both convenient and comfortable- quiet street with easy accessibility which made the last half of our stay in Melbourne that more enjoyable. Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

Amazing place to stay! We had everything we needed, felt right at home! Was a nice surprise to get some chocolate on our beds too yumm!

Martine and Paul’s place was honestly amazing! It had such a romantic vibe and was very nice and cozy especially with that fire place. Martine helped us a lot with recommendations around the area. And the breakfast sent to our front door was cherry on top. Would definitely stay again!!

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Loved our stay at this beautiful place, in such a great location too. The fact you can so easily walk into town and also being right on the river is great. The style of the place is amazing and we were very surprised with how clean and new everything was, this was definitely one of our favourite places we have stayed at so far. Phil is a great host and very helpful with answering any questions, we can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location ! So close to the shops and restaurants. So happy we chose this air bnb. It even had my 26 year old daughter dreaming of buying something similar to be able to escape to the country side as a life goal. Sitting out the back in the sunshine my daughter and I bonded as we did in the comfy bed at night watching Netflix and chilling. Belinda was the best host and so responsive which ensured that our Mothers Day weekend would be relaxed and comfortable. Good space and great amenities it really was what the Dr ordered for a memorable Mother's Day weekend.

This place is perfect and comfortable. So accessible and modern, close to the Fitzroy action and heaps of pubs. Bedroom was so quiet and the kitchen and lounge was so spacious. Highly recommended.

I loved staying here! It was perfect for my quick trip to Melbourne, a comfortable 2 bedroom with an awesome sky deck to watch the city from. Alix and Taj have plenty of recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do!

I had the most wonderful stay in Daniel’s amazing apartment. It was immaculate, had everything I needed and the view and location was incredible. I cannot wait to come back .

We had a great two night stay at Jeff & Melinda’s. They were great communicators, and made us feel very welcome to use their place. The apartment is well located right next to a tram stop and has amazing views of the city. Check in was a little tricky because you can’t park in front of the building to grab the key (google street view is old and you can’t park there anymore as it’s a bike lane, so we parked around the corner and walked to get the key). But otherwise check in was easy enough with the detailed instructions and it was convenient that we could grab the key any time. The place was spotlessly clean and there were lots of thoughtful inclusions. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and spa, which were nicely heated. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had in Melbourne!

Fantastic- only down side being the need to be reasonably agile as there is only one shower over the spa bath. Also no tissues (perhaps an oversight) and a coffee plunger & teapot would be a worthwhile addition. Overall very lovely!

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
