Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Murlo

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

If you are looking for a little piece of heaven look no further. Vignoni Alto is peaceful and incredibly beautiful. Stefano met us and showed us everything about the apartment and the historic hamlet. His instructions and recommendations were very helpful. The apartment is not far from the restaurants in Bagno Vignoni. Stefano really is a perfect host—responsive, friendly and proactive. Our only regret was that after a week we had to leave.

Perfect stay in the heart of Tuscany. We stayed at Ale&Fede as a family of five. There are plenty of room for all of us. The house is in a little hamlet at the end of the road, surrounded by woodlands. It is so very quiet and peaceful! We very much enjoyed the back garden with the view of the valley and Sienna. The walks around the house is great and we spotted a few deers in the grassland behind the hamlet. Although isolated, it is only 20 minutes to Sienna and very convenient. Ale is very responsive. He gave us full instruction prior to our arrival and welcomed us on the day. Plenty of recomendations for places to visit and local restaurants. We had a technical issue during our stay but both Ale&Fede came to help us even on Friday night! We will definitely be back for our next visit to the Tuscany.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Sofias house is beautifully renovated, with a fabulous downstairs area with open fireplace. The views from the backyard are stunning, and very peaceful. Location was great, with a 10 min drive, or 20 minute walk to Siena. Sofia was extremely friendly and helpful with local tips. We will definately go back!

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

Beautiful home set in the country side. Views were breathtaking. If you have a vehicle, easy to get around to near by towns. Highly recommend near by restaurant that is only 3 minute drive.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von Siena. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet mit vielen Extras (Waschmaschine, Kaffee, Etwas zum Essen ). Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana genutzt. Insbesondere haben wir die tollen Abende auf dem Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Olivengarten genossen.

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

The apartment was right in the centre of Siena, a fabulous place to explore from. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and watch everything go on in the piazza del campo.

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

Words do not do Francesco and Cecilia’s villa justice. We have stayed at many places, but this one is tops! Beautiful villa and surroundings. Great breakfast supplies (which we did not expect). Tremendous space, privacy,and beautiful landscape! We slept late most days because the loudest sound was the bumblebees in the stunning jasmine outside and the birds. We like to cook and the kitchen was fantastic. Everything was fantastic, including our very wonderful hosts!!! We will go back!! Great experience!!

We had an amazing few days in the heart of Siena, staying at a unique apartment. The hosts were very responsive e and gave us great recommendations and lots of information in the home. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful luxury home in the very heart of Arezzo overlooking the Grand Piazza. You could not ask for a more perfectly situated place to enjoy the town or a more picture postcard view out the dining room window. The entire apartment has been recently renovated and feels like a luxury hotel with modern design features, pristine everything, and integration of the beams/stones of the old medieval building. We absolutely loved our stay. Air Conditioning in every room, very comfortable beds, and a responsive host who helped us restart the (fast!) WiFi when it had a minor glitch one day. I was able to work part-time with the solid internet connectivity that many AirBnB homes don't have - but this one does! One thing to note is that the home is located in a ZTL so might be tricky to get a car close enough to drop lots of bags. We were on foot with roller bags so not a problem for us. Loved it and can't wait to visit again :)

Paola’s place was an incredible getaway for the two of us - we played fetch with Nilde in the garden, had a night where Paola taught us to make pasta and tiramisu, and enjoyed the best sunsets. If you get a chance, definitely check out Osteria Alla Villa for dinner. We will definitely be back! Thank you Paola for the hospitality and making our first trip to Tuscany so special.

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Absolutely beautiful home! We very much enjoyed our stay and the area of Sarteano. We will be back again!

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

Perfect place to stay for exploring the Tuscany region! Roberto’s son Simone was so helpful in suggesting where to go and was always quick to respond. The house itself was meticulously renovated to have modern amenities with still some old world charm.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier und wir sind wieder begeistert. Wir lieben das Haus und die Umgebung ist für uns perfekt. Gerne wieder :-)

Leonardo, Lisa, & Nonna Sylvana all went the extra mile to make things run smoothly for us. With the welcoming torta & pizza, & the homemade lasagna a few days later, we were able to get by with very few groceries for the week. The villa & surroundings are incredible! The house is immaculate & well supplied. We didn't have a car but having one would have been nice to reach the surrounding area. We navigated the bus system that is available & it took us awhile to figure it out, but once learned, we were able to get to & from Florence. We walked to & from Impruneta which was further away than we realized. It's a bit tricky with no sidewalks, so we had to be careful. (Note: No taxis were available.) We splurged on a winery tour through Tours of Tuscany that picked us up & dropped us off at the villa, & drove us to 2 different wineries & San Gimignano. Amazing! Communication with our host was easy, very pleasant, & timely. We'd love to return & spend even more time there some day.

We had a fabulous stay at the Villa. Laura was so responsive and handled all our needs. She pre booked all our events and was there to greet us when we arrived. We loved the views and kids enjoyed the pool. The wine tasting on property is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner they prepared for us at the villa. I highly recommend this beautiful spot. Sitting in the patio overlooking the Tuscan countryside was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thanks to Alessandro and his team. We hope to visit again someday!
