Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

Ideal for two people each - both cleverly designed by hand. With a lot of natural wood, to feel good all around, they are bright and friendly. A wide window front, spoiled by the sun, reveals the VIEW through BIRCH TREES into our natural garden.

The apartment is modernly designed, as the whole house was completely renovated in 2019/2020. The TV has satellite TV and can be connected to an Android phone via a Google Chromecast Stick (e.g. for streaming Netflix, etc.).
