What a lovely old house , in a tiny peaceful village. We couldn't have had a nicer stop over on our trip from Portugal to Switzerland, and I enjoyed my birthday lazing and playing in the garden. The furnishings and kitchen are not modern, but the house is full of style and charm. Although early June, the house was cool at night and we used the amazing log burner. We were there on Whitsun Monday, and a lot of local shops and restaurants closed early, but we had a trip to the old hill top village of Usson, and bought the best ever chicken from a rotisserie in the nearby village. We didn't meet Sonia, but communication with her was very good and friendly.

We had a great time in Moussages, in a beautiful building full of charm. When we arrived, Léa welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house, providing us with all the necessary explanations. The house is very well-equipped and offers great comfort, with a breathtaking view of the castle of Auzer. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings, including the village of Salers and the waterfall of Salins, two places full of charm. Despite the sometimes gloomy weather, the pool greatly contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. A very beautiful break in an exceptional setting! We spent 4 nights at Bertrand's place. The accommodation matches the description in every way and the view is even more beautiful than you can imagine. In total calm, impeccably clean and with the Nordic bath as the icing on the cake, we can only recommend it. In addition, Bertrand was very accessible. another super stay at Tina's. it was perfect for us travelling south on the A75. the pool was lovely after a long hot journey.

A stay of total disconnection in my childhood country! The house and garden are arranged in such a way that we immediately felt "at home"! Everything was very nice... the stove, and the decor was super nice too. All the little touches from our hosts warmed our hearts and even our dog got a little gift! Our meeting and communication with Franck was very easy and natural. The cottage is really very well renovated, with a rustic and modern side at the same time, we loved it! There were IGN maps available, ideas for things to do in the area, etc... Really good! The month of May welcomed us with a very beautiful flowery environment, and the "Heart of the Green Country" allowed us to do some very beautiful hikes! 15 minutes from the village of Vic-sur-Cère where there is everything you need to refuel... I would highly recommend it, and even the neighborhood is very nice! See you next time and THANK YOU for everything!

A great very cosy Holiday home with lots of typical French charistics. Great garden and river next to the house. The vilcanoc mountain area is perfect for day trips and mountain bikes. Small supermarket with great croissants 5 min drive from the house.

In the heart of Cantal, close to the Dordogne gorges. You will enjoy the many nearby hikes. This old house made of old stones has been perfectly restored to the tastes of the day with care and quality materials. It is very well-equipped. We were a family of five, each was able to enjoy their private room with shower and the large shaded garden. It's a real favorite for us who come from the most beautiful department of France, 64 (a little Basque-Béarnais chauvinism doesn't hurt...). Cantal and Salers will never replace Ossau-iraty cheese but you can find some GAECs and farm producers around that will help you discover this good cheese made locally!We recommend this place for nature lovers, those who love good things and outdoor activities. A beautiful place. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to have all our meals outside. The cottage is comfortable and close to hiking trails. Note: sheets and towels are optional. It's indicated in the listing but a little hidden in the Airbnb interface.

We had a pleasant stay at Pascal's. The place is great for a family with 3 kids. The mezzanine and living room are 2 pleasant living rooms. The waterfall 500m from the accommodation is beautiful and has access to great hiking trails. For winter you just have to accept to be 10 minutes from the Lioran slopes but being in the valley allows you to see more of the sun.
