In the heart of Murat, completely renovated apartment, on the 1st floor of an old 18th century stone house. Located 100 m from the city center. Murat, a small medieval town, hiking center, is located in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, with the Superlioran ski resort, Le Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, Viaduct of Garabit nearby. 600 m from the municipal indoor pool. 1 km away is an Intermarché, a laundromat and a gas station.

Duplex in historic center

Duplex on the 1st floor of a 17th century house located close to the church. Accommodation with lots of charm (old parquet floor, bedroom under the roofs with exposed beams). Quiet is guaranteed because it is in an alley with no possibility of car passage but parking is located less than 20 m away. However, it should be noted that the church is next door and it rings every hour from 7am to 10pm internet access via fiber optics.
