Duplex on the 1st floor of a 17th century house located close to the church. Accommodation with lots of charm (old parquet floor, bedroom under the roofs with exposed beams). Quiet is guaranteed because it is in an alley with no possibility of car passage but parking is located less than 20 m away. However, it should be noted that the church is next door and it rings every hour from 7am to 10pm internet access via fiber optics.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
