The old wash house - Indep apt for solo travelers

For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

Cozy Home Rome

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

The mini-apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is located in a small flat built in 1930. Its top-floor position (4th floor no lift) ensures great city views. You can relax thereafter a busy day of sightseeing. You can take a siesta, drink a glass of wine or enjoy the evening sky on the colorful hammock on the huge plant-filled terrace of this airy apartment, wish to feel like a local after long days in the touristic areas. Lot of nice restaurants mostly frequented by locals.
