Villa vacation rentals in Municipio IX

We stayed with kids and were happy with our time at Alessio’s villa. It’s a spacious two-story villa with all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean and cozy. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car, and there’s a nice local restaurant nearby where you can enjoy dinner. Alessio was always responsive and very welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality!

The house is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in! Furnished in a modern but original style, a very well-kept environment and super clean. It has all the comforts. A beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Vanity set in the bathroom with things I had never found anywhere else. I felt right at home. The location is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery, relaxing environment. Between visits, I enjoyed the garden, the super comfortable sofa and TV with access to Netflix. Cosme, the landlord was very kind and caring. He asked me even before I arrived if I needed anything he could buy for me. During the stay he came to meet me and gave me many useful tips for visiting the city and sailing the San Lorenzo neighborhood, which I found very authentic and lively. I mean, I found a hidden gem in this house! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the experience to everyone.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Despite we don't know Italian, he was attentive and careful to understand us. Recommended. Very clean everything. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

Very nice and charming old apartment. Beautiful garden around the house. The area was quiet. It almost felt like "coming home" to the tranquility as soon as you had closed the gates and left the intense city life outside. We received a warm welcome outside the gates and help with bags the last bit to the apartment itself. Clear instructions for everything - everything from how garbage is sorted to which buses to take to the property. If we come to Rome one more time, we would love to stay here again. Elena's house is in a strategic position, very close to the sea. It fully met our expectations and was comfortable to reach and visit the city, but wanted to stay in a quiet place. Thank you Elena for your hospitality and availability.

Andrea’s place was a godsend for us, looking to spend a week in Rome outside the city’s heat. We felt like we got a taste of local living, and Andrea was a supremely helpful host who helped us out with recommendations in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well operated little getaway!

Fausto was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay very much. And we greatly appreciated that he booked a very early morning taxi for us to the airport.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We very much appreciated the cool interior and the very beautiful garden and pool area. The villa is a little outside Rome centre but this was what we wanted so that we could relax a bit away from the crowds. Buses to Rome shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. A great place for a family trip to Rome!

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

A perfect escape from the heat in Rome! The pool was perfect and Fabio was very helpful in whatever we needed and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the Nemi strawberry festival nearby. We will be back for sure :)

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

I spent a wonderful weekend with ten friends hosted by Ferdinando and Ludovica: the house is spacious, well maintained and with all the comforts (I would just add the TV in the living room), rooms up to par, large and well maintained garden, fantastic swimming pool, barbecue. All immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside but still five minutes from the town of Campagnano for every need. Friendly and discreet hosts. Highly recommended.
