The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4-Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

Our apartment is located in the very popular music district of Leipzig. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and in the immediate vicinity the ''Karli'' with its pub scene invites you to linger. Within walking distance is the Elster- und Pleiße-Auewald Nature Reserve, Clara-Zetkin-Park and Johannapark. Shops serving everyday needs are also within walking distance. Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.
