The bright, Scandinavian-style cottage is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Ore Mountains, 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz, the Capital of Culture 2025 and 200 m next to a cycle path, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature to the surrounding towns. There is space for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the romantic garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill out. For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

Eco Luxury Loft in Memorial

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The tiny garden house in the countryside has 37 square meters of ideal space use: sun-drenched living room, darkening bedroom, small kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and shower room. Bedroom for 2 people, pull-out couch in the living room for 2 more people. Living room air-conditioned, bedroom and kitchen with infrared underfloor heating. Large fenced garden with terrace, awning, barbecue and relaxation facilities included.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
