The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Live right on Lake Markkleeberg

40 m² - immediate location on Lake Markkleeberg. Less than a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in the center of Leipzig in 20 minutes. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Vacation home "Zum Reihereck"

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

The apartment in the villa "Möwengeflüster" offers maximum comfort on 220 m² - directly on the picturesque Goitzschesee. The house was completed in 2025 & impresses with its open architecture & high-quality furnishings. The living and dining area offers direct lake views thanks to large window fronts. Here, cozy relaxation & stylish design meet harmoniously. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. A sauna & a spacious terrace invite you to relax.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & lots of peace and quiet. The farm has a large garden, pavilion, pool and open barn.

The New Port house with its three bedrooms and large living room offers enough space for 6 people. Two independently usable, fully equipped bathrooms allow a lot of privacy. The absolute highlight of this house is the 25 m², individually usable roof terrace. From here you have a perfect view of the entire area, as well as a great view of the Goitzsche.
