The Resort includes a 150-meter-long wooden observation pier (the longest inland pier in Central Europe), a fine dining experience restaurant MOLO Lipno or a grill bar on the pier and promenade, where there will be a number of smaller Alpine-style shops and a café and bistro.

The 65 m2 apartment has a double bed 180x200 cm, 160x200, three single beds and a sofa bed in the living room 140x200 cm, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and 8m2 terrace.
