A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Forget your worries - enjoy the quiet and spacious accommodation. For wellness lovers, relax after hiking in the hot tub. You have everything you need here. In 500 m you are at the next small beach, landing place for the 2 boats that are freely available to you. In 200 m in the supermarket and the best soft ice cream is just around the corner! 6 bicycles are ready for you plus 3 for the very small guests. Pick fruits in the garden, cherries, plums, apples and blackberries.🍎🍒

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping areas. The chalet "Ferienchalet Schneiders" is located in Wegscheid and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.

This house is suitable for 5 people (fitters, vacationers, travelers). It is in a nature park and climatic health resort between Waldkirchen and Hauzenberg in the Bavarian Forest! Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.
