The private apartment forms the upper floor of a two-family house in a beautiful location close to the city border of Linz. Children are welcome, but according to the Airbnb definition, the property is not child-proof (e.g. no window protection or separate thermostats).

From noon onwards, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor where our lovingly furnished, spacious apartment is located.

There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
