Great villa and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was really close to the marina with many restaurants which made our trip even more enjoyable. Ala is a great host and was alway really responsive to any queries we had during our stay.

From the house you can reach the beach within 5 minutes by car, within walking distance is 15 minutes by foot. Hammamet is reachable in 15 minutes (market, tourist zone) and within walking distance there are shops and very good restaurants. The missing towels, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were brought to our request immediately. The house was clean (for Tunisia) and everything as described, the air conditioning very helpful at over 40 degrees outside temperature. For Tunisian conditions expensive, but really a great place to stay with enclosed garden, barbecue, garden seating and of course great, albeit small pool. We can recommend Khouloud.

What a fantastic clean villa! , had a great family vacation, I fell in love with the villa, Ahmed, the owner is a great guy very helpful, arrive at 21:50, and waited for us until 22:50 to check-in. The photos don't do justice to the three-storey house with many social areas inside and out. The top floor has a roof terrace, the master bedroom has a balcony. There's a sitting area/prayer room on the second floor an outside seat swing, tables and chairs at the front of the house and loungers by the pool. Table tennis and the swimming pool kept the kids occupied. It was very hot however the house is well equipped with air conditioning and we were glad of the pool to keep us cool. The house is in a safe residential area . It's a 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to the marina, and supermarket and 10 min walk in the other direction to Carthage land, Tunisia's theme park and the Medina for shopping experiences. Taxis are cheap and easy to pick near by. Thank you so much Ahmed

House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Good internet connection downstairs but poor upstairs. Host was also very generous and wasn't pushy at the end of our stay. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

We spent 3 excellent weeks in this beautiful villa! The villa is very clean, spacious and much more beautiful than on the foto's! The pool is beautiful and well kept. The villa is located in a very quiet area. Achraf and his mother were always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this villa.

Our family stay was great and perfect! We enjoyed the pool which is super large (better than the photos), the house is 2 mins from the house as well as carthage land so we enjoyed it, the beach is also very close. The house contains all the necessary amenities and the host is always attentive who offers us quite a few services. I highly recommend this house , we will definitely go back another time!

Beautiful house, perfectly located facing a paradise beach. The setting is both idyllic and soothing. Only one small problem: the kitchen, whose equipment would benefit from being modernized and better maintained. Great host! Good communication and well cleaned and furnished place. Good location, close to restaurants and beach and on a well busy main road that connects Nabeul to Hammamet.

The welcome is striking, from the entrance of the residence, and when you pass the threshold of the apartment you feel at home. In this quiet period, you appreciate even more the serenity and sweetness of this house, especially with the family. The nights are quiet and lulled by birds chirping. A refreshing weekend. Charming apartment with easy access, well-equipped, in the area everything is a stone's throw away to do its little shopping. The beach is a 10 minute walk too.

We had a beautiful stay, the house is in the heart of the medina. It’s an old classic, Tunisian very charming home. Whenever a small issue or question occurred it was swiftly handled. I highly recommend a stay a dar Chiara and we’re likely to return next summer.

Excellent stay at this listing, as described and very good value for money. Despite what was announced, we were not charged anything for water and electricity, so I think it's a measure for tenants who abuse energy. This home is in a great location and the people at Yasmine Hammamet are lovely and always ready to help us. I would highly recommend staying at this listing. The pool is lovely even in April! It is true that the many emails, the rental agreement, the passport requirements, it's surprising for airbnb but I think the owner wants to protect himself from unpleasant surprises, certainly not experience, and we understand it. However, he was always available during our stay. Thank you so much.

Really great little boutique hotel outside of Hammamet. The cottages are cute and clean without any clutter. The estate is really pretty with immaculate lawns, olive trees and a pool. Highlight of our stay was the breakfast underneath the olive tree every morning. Honorable mention to Achreffraj who took great care of us during our stay. Outside of the Airbnb the area is a bit bland, so be sure to take a book!

We had a wonderful time at this rental! The apartment was spotless, perfectly clean and very well equipped. The location was ideal, close to the main attractions and public transport. Sami and these parents were very welcoming and were always available to answer our questions. We felt right at home and will be back. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and worry-free stay ☺️

Nedra's location was great! Walkable to many restaurants, cafes, beach, and marinia. View was great and Nedra was easy to get ahold of.
