With its sofa bed in the living room, it can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people. The beach is only a 3 minute drive, the center of Nabeul 10 minutes and Tunis 1 hour. P.S. This is not recommended for the elderly as there is no elevator. A car is highly recommended to get around easily
