Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mountain Village

Beautiful home and location! Fully stocked residence. We brought a lot of items from home that were not needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have spent a couple more days just to enjoy the view!

Great stay! House is actually better than the pictures and is tastefully decorated, cheery and well organized. It was very clean as well. Highly recommended. Would stay there again for sure!

We loved our stay at Steve's place! My husband said "I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere where you can see a waterfall when you're just sitting on the couch." We loved the balcony and how cozy his space was. The artwork was so fun to look at--from local art to really neat antiques. But if I had one word to describe his place is that it was just so comfortable! My two kids were in absolute heaven here too! We loved it, and will be looking to see if we can book again the next time we can make our way up to Ouray!

This house was located perfectly for us between Ridgway and Telluride. Lovely outdoor spaces fabulous walking - and bike riding road that had absolutely very little traffic -into a forest that has amazing wildlife and gorgeous trees. We will stay here again for sure -and bring our family. The floor plan is perfect with maybe a little additional rug and couch upstairs. The house is pretty new. We just absolutely loved it.

Love love love this place! Perfect location, close to both Ouray and Ridgway. Beautiful view and setting. Loved cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the back porch, watching wildlife. Even woke up early and got to see the Milky Way every morning. Thank you Tara for such a wonderful stay!

This little cottage is on the southwest corner of town. We heard a few cars going by at night, otherwise it was very quiet. We could walk to many hiking trails and restaurants. I don’t believe we ever used our car until leaving. The market is small, but adequate for the basics. Prices are high there, so you might decide to pick up groceries elsewhere.

A truly unique property. Lots of common space to eat, read, relax and listen to some records. Some quirks to the appliances, but all were clearly explained. The decor is an amazing collection of antiques, artifacts, and local Telluride knick-knacks. Ken was very responsive to a couple minor questions. Looking forward to returning!

The space was wonderful, great location, super clean, and renovated beautifully! Only couple flaws were the upstairs foot traffic noise, late at night and early morning, and the Google Home Nest that alerted us early morning with smoke detected (very loud). We ran out of toilet paper, which was no biggie with being able to walk to get more. Overall recommended! Thank you for the wonderful temporary space we were able to call our short time home!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff & Leslie’s place. The home was clean, welcoming, nicely decorated and flooded with light and beautiful surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans/glassware, etc. and the living space was cozy and the perfect spot to crash after a busy day. The location, even though not right in town, was still super convenient and we were in town within minutes. Highly recommend this gem and we’d certainly love to return should our travels bring us back to Telluride!

This apartment condo was such a perfect and peaceful place and aeved us so wwll for our 4 night stay for MountainFilm Festival. Everything was well considered with guest comfort in mind with a lot of artistic touches as well. Good coffee is included with various brew methods. Very comfortable beds and couches and towels and everything. We are very active hosts on Airbnb so I really appreciate staying as a guest in a place that is so thoughtful. The hosts were very friendly in our communications and happy to have guests. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! This was the most unique and beautiful location in a tiny mountain village with incredibly stunning views in every direction as soon as you step out the door. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow covered mountains felt like a dream, and we really did feel like we were in a fairy tail setting. The town of Telluride and the ski resort are a short, easy drive, but you could honestly never leave the property and have the best vacation ever. On top of that, Peter & Wendy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They are the truly precious people and it was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and got to make the most out of our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Robbie was an exceptional host! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, communication was prompt and friendly, and the little touches around the home really made it feel welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Robbie’s place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The views were amazing and the suite had everything we needed to live comfortably! Ouray is a quaint little slice of small town heaven. The food was amazing, people were friendly and you are close to so so many natura wonders and attractions. Pictures do the sites no justice! We can’t wait to come back and experience the Colorado Alps soon!

Location, location, location. It's literally a few blocks walk from everywhere in town. It's a great place to base your weekend and Telluride out of. There's nothing wrong with the accommodations but it's not the kind of place you would want to just hang out in all day. But of course you're in Telluride why would you want to be inside?

Staying at Andrew’s was great! Amazing location close to the gondola station and a grocery store. Definitely a great deal! Host is also so friendly and gives great local recommendations :)

Lovely and clean spot very close to town!

Great little place close to everything! The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The linens were nice and cozy. Most importantly...good TP!! Haha. The apartment is nice and clean and efficient. The views cannot be beat. The neighbors are super friendly too. We had no problem with finding a place to park, but we were not there during ski season.

It was a very nice stay the place was great. Very nicely located could walk to everything in town as well as the free gondola would definitely stay again.
