Out of the way yet close to everything. Felt super safe, warm and comfortable.

We enjoyed a very comfortable, excellent stay in this well equipped house. Dishes, linens, towels, window coverings, furniture were all of the highest quality; everything was top notch. The location was perfect, with a park right across the street for our toddler, and also a market for quick supply runs. Many restaurants and adult beverage establishments are within walking distance. There are several charging stations for equipment and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Two defined living room spaces allowed our group of 8 adults and one toddler to comfortably spread out and lounge. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Silverton! The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids.. The location was perfect, so easy to walk around town and get to trails! We appreciated the dog-friendly touches as well.

We loved staying at Dana's place in Ouray! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious, better than pictured, and the location was perfect with the most stunning views. My husband and I stayed with our three teenage children and loved everyone getting their own room and space. The upstairs loft was a nice bonus hangout room as well. The location of the home is ideal as it is walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Ouray. The outside deck offered plenty of seating for our family and had the most beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Dana was an awesome host as well, very responsive and friendly. We couldn't recommend this home more and are already planning our next trip back.

Perfect location in the heart of Silverton. Quick walk to the best stores and restaurants on Greene St. The house is larger than expected. Great spot for our ski trip.

We stayed 5 days while exploring the surrounding area and it was a great home base. The location was easy to walk to downtown, easy to get to lots of surrounding hikes, and also still quiet. The place had everything we needed, blankets, cookware, and even shampoo and soap. Definitely would recommend.

Just amazing! Not only does the lack of wi-fi bring you back to the 90s, but the local Ouray hot spring was truly healing. A great place to cook a few nice meals (well-appointed kitchen with plenty of condiments and seasonings), enjoy the fireplace and start hiking the minute you leave the door. I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! This cabin was everything I hoped for and more—cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Our stay at the cabin was great! Was a beautiful cabin tucked away in the woods and was a much more exciting experience than staying in a hotel. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend! Only wish we could have stayed longer. This cabin had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the fire outside and were so glad we were able to use the grill for dinner. The location is beautiful - loved seeing and hearing the horses and nearby river. We hope to stay here again soon! Tara is an excellent communicator - check in/out was so smooth.

Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I want to highlight the fantastic kitchen—it was a standout feature for us and made our stay even more enjoyable. This place was better than the photos! Everything was very clean. Host was helpful and responsive & we loved seeing the deer around the property every day! I definitely want to bring our children with us on the next trip but it was the perfect spot for celebrating our 10 year anniversary!

If you're contemplating your stay here - do it! it is definitely the best place for your visit to Ouray. The cabins are cosy, warm and spacious. The best thing is they are located right on the river, which has a path into town (takes approximately 15 minutes). The perimeter trail starts opposite the hot springs (not worth the $26pp+ fee when you have the hot tubs), which is about 10 minutes away and a must do when in Ouray. The hot tubs are a lovely addition, especially if it's a chilly night. Barbecue grill available so you can cook your own food. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ouray!
