Nat has created a welcoming beautiful home, She even put the heater on for us before ourlast minute booking and late arrival. location is right in between 2 fish& chip shops recommended and was delicious. A Cafe, hair dresser, and historical buildings all within 2 minute walk. Directly opposite a great playground that's lit at night, grassy foreshore for excellent doggy sniffs We would love to stay for a few weeks, we felt at home and happy straight away. Thoughtful decorations are beautiful, Furniture clean and super comfy. Extra attention to a secure yard even for a cat that is a master escapee. He could not escape the yard. So we could relax without watching him constantly. So organised, easy to find everything we needed. Didn't even need to run to the shop for milk. Replied immediately to any requests and was lovely, friendly, accommodating and feels like an old friend 🧡 Did not want to get out of bed, Could've happily just hung out there, regardless of all the things to do.

Great location for a relaxing escape. Beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view from front windows exactly as described. No window covering on carport glass sliding door, so if you’re after complete privacy this may be worth knowing. Also the kids room doesn’t have blockout blinds, so early wake ups are likely. Comfy beds. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as everything was an easy walk or cycle. Great cafes and restaurants an easy walk along the coastal path. We will be back. The Deck was such a lovely place to stay, we enjoyed kayaking on the gorgeous Glenelg River and playing games by the fire overlooking the stunning view. Emma was so kind and patient with my requests + fast with her responses. Thank you so much Emma, this was a core memory for me and my family.

We needed a beachside place, not too far from home, to meet up with family we don’t see often. We were ecstatic to find this property available. The moment we reached out to the host, we got prompt responses. She was super accommodating & helpful start to finish. This property is a gold mine off the popular beaten path and we hope to visit here again in the near future. The home was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need and then some! The game cabinet was a huge hit with the whole family. The pizza oven was a welcomed extra. Waking up and walking on the back veranda to enjoy the sunrise was a dream! The pub, takeaway, deli and shops within walking distance was super convenient. The town wasn’t big, but it was enough & the home supplied everything we needed. Our kids loved the park right across the street as well. There’s no other way to explain our stay except that it felt like home & was a wonderful place to make memories with our loved ones.

We ,my wife and I , were unable to stay, but my brother and his wife were. He reported to me that they felt very comfortable at Dee’s cottage and that it was in a good location to get to a hotel and restaurant. They enjoyed their stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect — convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, we made a few mistakes during our stay, including entering the check-in information incorrectly and not sorting the rubbish properly. We also accidentally left behind some clothing, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Despite this, the host was very understanding and even offered to help us resolve the issues. We truly appreciate his patience and support. We strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area — you’ll be in great hands with such a thoughtful and responsible host. Thank you again for everything!

Beautiful comfortable house for 6 adults. Recommend this place for anything you are doing in the South East. Cannot wait to visit again.

A perfect place to stop and rest with the family. The grounds are peaceful and a great area for children to explore. The chalets are comfortable, homely and have everything you could need. This was our second visit and we hope to be back again.

Its was a cozy little stay and the host Barbara stayed late for us and we are highly thankful to them. The cerelas and basic items helped us alot as the town was close at night. Had a peaceful sleep and we were ready for next leg of our journey.
