NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Ski resorts such as the SkiWelt, Skijuwel or Zillertal as well as the entire hiking area around the wild and tame Emperor are easily accessible. You can also get everywhere easily with the public transport. The cultural cities of Kufstein (10km) and Wörgl (5km) are nearby. A loft leaves everything open. That's how it is with us: plenty of space, an unobstructed view upwards and beautiful views over the meadows of our village. In the loft you can stretch out, breathe deeply, look up at the sky. It is very bright and friendly, modern, fine to live in. We took the best: a hotel bed DeLuxe for (almost) eternally long sleep; designer kitchen to make fine scrambled eggs for your sweetheart, a couch made of genuine leather and warm organic oak floor. Welcome!

We felt really comfortable in the guest apartment. The place was modern and very clean. Our hostess, Katharina, was warm, hospitable and uncomplicated. We were able to contact them at any time with questions and always received a quick response. We were also very enthusiastic about the delicious farm products. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic area. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful time and all the hospitality.

We had a wonderful week in the Thaler family's Feldkasten. You just have your absolute peace and privacy. We were able to park our car right in front of the property. The terrace invites you to linger. The Feldkasten is also super nicely decorated and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back. :)

Great chalet, very well equipped in a great location if you are looking for tranquility and want to relax. Arrival by car is recommended, as the chalet, as described, is secluded on the edge of the forest. Communication with Ms. Dascher was excellent and warm. Always happy to come back!

We came here for the second time and everything is in perfect order again. The room was well-equipped, the pool and sauna were absolutely perfect, the rest rooms in the hallway provided a sanctuary when the child fell asleep, the permition for the cable car - all great.
