Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Warm apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor of an old reversible oil mill in the 1950s. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to the Rosière Domaine International France Italy or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.
