Quiet loft in a former artist's studio near the Jardin du Luxembourg

The 70m2 apartment is duplex and has been fully renovated recently. The volumes are very attractive with sometimes 5 meters high under ceiling. The main wall is a large glass bath. It is not possible to obscure the light and the bedroom, which is open, is not in the dark at sunrise. The first level is a large living room, comfortable, with an open kitchen. There is a very comfortable sofa bed. Designed on the model of the loft, the spaces are communicating and ideal for a couple or small family. Upstairs, our bedroom is next to the bathroom, with shower and bathtub. There is also the room of our three children which is not accessible (it's too complicated to store all the toys...) You have the apartment and the possibility to stay quiet for a few moments in the courtyard where a bench and garden seats are arranged. Our apartment is at the heart of an extremely friendly and neat neighborhood. The place is ideal for enjoying the Parisian life, with its many quality restaurants, peaceful streets, food and fashion shops. Our apartment is very well connected. It is close to the Vavin station of line 4, Notre-Dame-des-Champs line 12 and Raspail on line 6. The Port-Royal RER station is very close and allows you to go directly to Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly.

This loft is located in the heart of Montparnasse, in a very bright and quiet building! Montparnasse is an amazing district in the center of Paris!! It is very lively with a lot of places where to eat and drink! And with an easy access to all transportation. Apt very elegant: it has a bedroom, a bathroom, a workspace with a desk, an equipped open kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and a sofa bed. Fully equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, speaker, dishwasher, washing machine.

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Niché dans la cour d’un vieil immeuble parisien, cet appartement bien desservi (lignes de Métro 6, 10, 13 et nombreux bus) se trouve au carrefour d'arrondissements réputés pour leurs attractions touristiques: la Tour Eiffel, les Invalides, le jardin du Luxembourg , UNESCO, sont tous accessibles à pied. L'appartement convient parfaitement pour un couple de touristes, pour un déplacement professionnel ou encore pour accompagner un enfant durant son séjour à Necker.

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage. Mon appartement est chaleureux, bien situé et complètement équipé, comme le montrent les photos. De plus, emplacement gratuit dans le parking souterrain de l'immeuble sur demande.
