Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montparnasse, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

Rachida et son époux ont le souci permanent du bien être des personnes qui louent leur logement au demeurant très propre et bien entretenu. Ils communiquent beaucoup et facilement au besoin tout en sachant conserver une discrétion tout au long du séjour.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Unser Aufenthalt war super, die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und einem kurzen 20min Fußweg von der Metro zu erreichen. Die Metro 4 fährt innerhalb von 30min viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris an. Die Gegend der Unterkunft ist angenehm ruhig. Arnaud war leicht und schnell zu erreichen bei fragen und hat die Check-in und Check-out Zeiten flexibel nach unseren Wünschen gestaltet. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Central location, tucked behind the hustle of the main streets. Peaceful and quiet flat, despite being in the central heartbeat of the city. A real gem, and best accommodation I ever found in Paris. Pierre is kind, and was especially responsive when checking in. The concierge tried very hard to explain to us where to go, but our A1 French skills didn't get us far. Luckily Pierre answered our messages immediately and we were able to easily find the flat. We were soooo happy it was so quiet at night, and we were able to rest up after full days of exploring. The flat has everything you could need, including a washing machine and all toiletries and cleaning supplies. A little tip: there isn't much closet space for you to unpack, and if you need to hang your clothes you may want to bring your own hangers :) this was clearly in the description, and it was really nice feeling the real intention behind Airbnb - staying in someone elses real flat. Thank you for a wonderful stay! This apartment is exactly what we were looking for - perfect size for two people with the most incredible view of all of Paris plus easy access to go anywhere with three different metro lines right across the street. While everybody raves about the Eiffel Tower view - which is beyond magnificent! - we also were able to see the very top of the Arc Du Triomphe, all of Sacre Couer on the hill, and the top of Notre Dame as well, with the 180-degree view of Paris. Jade was super responsive and helpful throughout planning and while in town. There is no AC in the unit, so we brought small nightstand fans, which were perfect (along with universal adapters coming from the States), and Jade had a huge fan we moved as needed during our stay. Thank you again for the perfect accommodations and communications - we would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!!

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!
