Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Montijo

The apartment is very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, well decorated. The location is ideal, 2 steps from the shops of the city, public transportation very easily accessible to go quickly to Lisbon.

The house is spacious and is in the middle of the countryside, in a very quiet place. Unfortunately, the weather was too cool for a dip in the pool. We were in the house for a short time and did not have time to use the kitchen. The 3 bathrooms seem to have been recently remodeled and were very useful for our group of 9.

Very kind lady, and quick to respond. Flexible with the check-in. Good recommendations with things to do in the neighbouring towns and cities, and was amazing that she provided the itinerary for Festa da Moita! Thanks Ana!

We had a wonderful time with the family in this large and beautiful house located in the countryside. João and his wife welcomed us warmly and were available. After a day spent visiting, it's very nice to lounge in the large pool. Lisbon is 45 minutes away and easily accessible. 15 minutes away there is a supermarket and 3 km to the village, a market with fishmonger, butcher and en primeur. We will keep a wonderful memory of our stay in Portugal. Obrigada João

Corrou all very well. We were alone in space, the huge and clean pool. Street space with tables, excellent for dining. The house was excellent too, old furniture which left a strong smell, but other than that, all right. The value is what left to be desired due to the entrance being at 3 pm and the exit is at 12:00 the next day… it does not even make 24 hours of stay, which means that you do not make the most of the pool. Otherwise, it has all the necessary kitchen and bathroom utensils. Great and back for sure.

Really fantastic place, highly recommend for a restful getaway in a beautiful quite rural area so near Lisbon. The little house we stayed in was lovely and had everything we needed to cook as the shops are a wee way away. The shared pool and bbq area is so nice. We had such a nice time and didn’t want to leave, highly recommend! Don’t be put off by not having a car as we were quite easily able to Uber to and from Lisbon and just brought all our food with us. Best of all Madeleine was a kind and helpful host, there to greet us and even giving us some eggs after we stupidly broke ours on the floor! Thank you so much !

Our stay went very well at Mateus's place. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful which allows you to rest well after busy days. We had rented a car for our trips and shops for shopping are nearby by car. The accommodation is well equipped, especially in the kitchen. We recommend Mateus' apartment.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ruben’s place! From start to finish, Ruben was an exceptional host — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really made a difference in my experience. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — exactly as described (if not better!). It had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. What stood out most was Ruben’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond to any questions and offered great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests having the best experience possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Ruben’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Apartment similar to photos, no complaints, spacious and clean. Arlindo is a very nice host.

I had a lovely stay at this property with my 2 children, very clean and tidy. Host was very welcoming. Easy clear instructions. Drive straight to the apartment where the host meets you there. In walking distance there are coffee shops, grocery shops and a beautiful park great for children to play in, and great to go out for a run. There is parking just outside which is great. I will be coming back to this property in the future. Thank you Nelson for being a great host

Blissful Escapes has an excellent location for enjoying Alcochete’s local flair, flavor, and beauty. So many walkable sites, restaurants, and little cafes. If you plan to stay in Alcochete, I highly recommend this property.

Felt like home. The owners are very friendly and the apartment is very clean. Could recommend. We lived for 2 months there. Plenty of restaurants around as well as shops. Parking in front of the house, there was a space almost every time.

Pedro's apartment was clean, bright, and located in a peaceful alley where you could literally hear the birds in the morning - I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. It was within walking distance of central Lisbon, so I mostly used public transport for attractions farther out. I would definitely stay there again if I were visiting Lisbon.

We stayed there as couple for 4 nights. We had the rooftop apartment and it was even better than what we imagined from pictures. All amenities are spotless and at different level - like you would buy for your own place. We liked specifically the private parking and lemon trees at site. We felt like Villa didn’t match with its surroundings. Even though it had a spectacular view over the port, location is not a typical city center. A short Uber ride is sufficient to get you to the city though. We would definitely come back and stay here. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Lise's apartment. It was even more spacious than expected for a city apartment and was even better than described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big with high ceilings. The location was tremendous. Great restaurants and shops just minutes away. I would absolutely consider staying here again when I return to Lisbon.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.

Well-kept and clean accommodation, a 15-minute walk from the center and the nearest beach, well organized and easy to access. I highly recommend it!

This apartment was our favorite of our three stays in Portugal. We loved everything about this place from late evenings on the balcony looking out at the Tagus River with a glass of port to the little coffee shop across the street. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Many destinations and restaurants were within walking distance, and the host provided details about local train and bussing schedules to make many more locations accessible. Edite was gracious and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment and host!!

The apartment was very nicely located, right in the middle of Alfama with restaurants and cafes around the corner, but still quiet. The rooms are spacious and very bright. Everything was sparkling clean and there's a beautiful view of the river. We were picked up personally and even received a bottle of wine and fresh pastel de nata as a welcome. Thank you so much!
