Great place to stay right outside of the Colosseum. It was close to everything, yet off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle. Luigi was very responsive to questions and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was very easy to find with Fabio's directions, in addition, it is next to the sights such as the Roman Colosseum, the church of San Ignacio de Loyola or La Fontana de Trevi to which we went walking and getting to know the city. The house is beautiful, just as it appears in the photos, my daughter loved it. It 😍 has air conditioning, which is appreciated in the middle of summer, and that 2m bed, I think it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It also has a Nespresso coffee maker where we made coffee in the morning ☕️ Fabio was very helpful and hospitable. I recommend contacting him not only because of the beauty and comfort of the house but also because of the proximity of the monuments, since the house is in the city's downtown.

We loved this space for our family of four. Bunk beds for the kids was a great feature. Maria Teresa provided clear instructions and met us after we arrived to show us the apartment. She was very easy to communicate with and was available for any questions. Loved having the view of the colosseum from the street in front. Lots of shops and restaurants and everything was walkable from the apartment.

Loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful to be honest I don’t think the pictures do it any justice. You feel right at home when you stay here. Sarah is so nice and responsive. It is in a perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes near by. It’s within walking distance of a metro stop,train station and the colosseum. We would love to stay here again. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great experience at Maria's place! Her and her sister were always SO responsive via airbnb app and whats app. Gorgeous view of the Russian Orthodox church from the balcony, and this apartment is up the street from the Trenitalia Roma S. Pietro train station. Short walk to some bus stations. The neighborhood is pretty residential which I liked - nearby walk to a Carrefour (grocery store). Perfect-working AC (perfect for 96 degree days). Elevator in the building. Great water pressure in the shower.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Giacomo's accommodation is located at the back of a peaceful and well-maintained residence in Trastevere. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation fully matches the photos and is really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Carla was available if needed. Great communication. The location was perfect and was easy to walk around and find everything we needed in the area. There is a tram and train station. Every Sunday the flea market is literally in the square. Bedroom is in the back so there is no traffic noises.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

This apartment and host has been the best experience my family and I have ever experienced. They provided top notch quality and services the amenities were like having your home away from home. If in Rome this is a must stay at apartment…. The host met us on sight and walked us through the apartment and all of it wonderful appliances, excellent liens, must see place and restaurants. They also provided time communications of a bus/metro/rail strike, which allowed us to plan ahead for alternative transportation. My family and I were super comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Colosseum and within easy walking distance to many other major sights. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly helpful and made everything easy, taking the time to explain how everything worked. No issues at all. #1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Elisabetha's flat is incredibly clean and quiet. Elisabetha sent us detailed information on how to get to the flat. It is also located in a very pleasant and multicultural environment with many restaurants and various public transport (metro, tram, bus)... but we did not use them because the historic city of Rome is only 30 minutes away on foot, the Colosseum 25 minutes... I would definitely recommend this place.

Robby was extremely responsive and replied within minutes... even at night! My girlfriend and I arrived at his place rather late and were worried that we would have problems checking in but Robby's swift replies made the check-in process super smooth. He also provided recommendations on where to eat nearby - which turned out to be really good. Overall, we just want to thank Robby for the problem-free stay as we had a couple of other poor experiences in our previous accommodations. Would definitely recommend staying here during your stay in Rome!

Apartment is very close to the Roma Termini which was very handy. Clean and had everything you would ever need . Landlady and Rafaelle ( I think that was his name) are just the nicest people you could meet. Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend the place .

The bedding was great, we slept very well. Apartment in a very good location, 3 min walk to the metro station, very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants, including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. We loved Rome and will go back. Trusted host.
