Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Exactly as pictured and beautiful view of the colosseum. The host was very responsive and offered to come clean/do linens daily. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Fijne locatie, heerlijk bed, keuken en badkamer. Helemaal lief dat toen we aankwamen de koelkast gevuld was met kleine dingetjes zodat we niet meteen boodschappen hoefden te doen. Zeer aan te raden!

Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

Tack Gabriele. Vi hade en toppen vistelse. Smidigt att checka-in med nyckelskåp. Allt såg ut precis som på bilderna och terassen var vår favoritplats. Den är rymlig och perfekt både för måltider i skuggan utomhus och för att bara sitta ner en stund. Gabriele har lagt mycket tanke och omsorg om detaljer som ger det lilla extra. Tex fanns det kallt vatten i kylskåpet vid vår inkomst. Köket hade allt man behöver. Vi kunde lämna kvar våra väskor efter utcheckning utan problem vilket förenklade vår dag. Vi blev vänligt bemötta av både Gabriele och hans mamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Rom

Antonella ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. In der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist das schnelle Internet. Für Events zum Olympiastadion liegt die Wohnung gut.

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

Before arriving, we made arrangements for an airport pickup. We arrived and had some trouble finding our driver . I messaged in the app very early that morning ( before 6 am) and got an almost instant response . They checked on it and made sure we got there . After arriving very early in the morning we also were able to check in early - we had our one years old and 3 year old , so this was extremely helpful. Very grateful ! Great place, very central and helpful accommodating hosts.

Thank you for an overall nice stay that was smooth and seamless for two people. Rita communicated quickly and for my requests and she was helpful. Self check in was very easy. The home was very cute and is equipped with all that you would need. The accommodation was cool, bed was comfortable and pillows, too. We are fairly taller visitors and the bed was a perfect size for us. Hairdryer was good quality and dried my hair very quickly. Some dishes were unclean so would recommend rinsing them first. If you have young children or sleep earlier before 12:30-1am, this apartment may be a little noisy. The courtyard of the church is now rented for a seasonal pop up bar and it’s right outside the bed window behind your head. It feels like you are in the party! While this is not the hosts fault for outside noise in the city, it is helpful to know or be told about this summer bar. Mornings are beautiful with the sound of birds. You are incredible hosts and am so glad to have found you !Your attention to detail and your kindness surpassed everything else. We found family in Rome ! From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Fiammetta, qui était disponible, gentille et accueillante. Le logement est super, exactement comme la description et se situe dans un quartier calme proche des transports en commun. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés 🥰

Ginevra’s apartment was lovely!! It has a lovely courtyard with lemon trees and places to relax. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and the beds and linens were pristine. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and we were even welcomed with some juice/water and treats. (Thank you!) Also the bathrooms (2) were very clean and the showers lovely. The location of the apartment is not in the ancient part of the city but buses and trains are close and with good shoes the walk to the Vatican is doable. The neighborhood is not great (compared to the more touristy areas) but again it’s easy to get around and go to the other areas of the city and we felt very safe. Communication with the hosts was great. Would definitely recommend as it was a lovely retreat after long days of exploring for my family of 3.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome! It was spotless, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We loved how many great restaurants were just around the corner, and being within walking distance to so many of the city’s main attractions made exploring super easy. The balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening wine, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!

ich habe 3 Nächte hier verbracht und war begeistert! Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich, geräumig und ruhig. die Lage ist top, Garbatella ist ein sehr cooles Viertel, charmant, authentisch, mit vielen guten Restaurants und Cafés in Gehweite. Noch dazu ist die Gegend ruhig, was nach einem hektischen Tag im Zentrum goldeswert ist. man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, ohne Verkehrslärm! zugleich ist die Wohnung aber ordentlich sehr gut zu erreichen. ums Eck fährt der 716 Bus, mit dem man direkt zur Piazza Venezia kommt, die Ubahn Station ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen (den Weg dorthin kann man mit einem feinen Frühstück/Kaffeestopp verbinden :) ). von der Ubahn Garbatella kommt man dann direkt zum Kolosseum, Termini, nur 1 Station entfernt ist die Basilica San Paolo.. ich war inzwischen schon das 9. Mal in Rom, nie hab ich die Lage, die Gegend und die Wohnung selbst so toll gefunden.

We LOVED this stay in Rome! Located in a very accessible area, close walking and plenty of public transportation options. We thought the stay was perfect for 2 in the city.
