Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Monti, Rome

L' appartamento e' in una ottima posizione, vicino al parco dell' Appia antica, villa Lazzaroni e la metro A a 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino alla via commerciale via Appia Nuova ma non nel mezzo del trambsto. L'appartamento e' spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario (inclusi set di cortesia di saponi vari, spugne e tutto quello che serve in un appartamento). Un elogio particolare ad Antonietta, host insieme ad Andrea, che oltre alla flessibilita' nel venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, reagisce praticamente tutti i giorni e in tutti gli orari in un batter d' occhio. nous sommes ravies de notre séjour à Rome, chez ilaria. Elle a été agréable et réactive pour toutes les questions. Elle a su rendre en voyage facile et ses conseils concernant les transports ont été fortement appréciable et un gagne temps énorme. ilaria est accueillante et bienveillante, ayant trouvé des solutions à nos besoins. Son logement est impeccable et très fonctionnel. Nous ne pouvons pas passer à côté de son goût pour la décoration qui donne un charme exceptionnel à ce logement. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien, et tout fût gage de qualité , dans les moindres détails. Le côté spa est un vrai luxe et confort après une bonne journée de vadrouille dans les rues de Rome. c'est un vrai plus. nous recommandons ce logement.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Exactly as pictured and beautiful view of the colosseum. The host was very responsive and offered to come clean/do linens daily. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due giorni e lo straconsiglio. La casa era pulitissima, molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort: dalla cucina completa di tutto agli ambienti curati e accoglienti. La casa è in una zona residenziale davvero tranquilla ed è vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti ( e, naturalmente, l’aereoporto è a due passi). La posizione è comoda da raggiungere e Sara è stata sempre disponibilissima, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie già prima del nostro arrivo. Molto comoda anche la modalità di accesso e Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto!

Fabio is a great host, very responsive and really catering to his guests. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und die Lage war super! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Wir haben 4 schöne Tage gehabt. Bedenkenlos weiter zu empfehlen!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Nous sommes arrivés en voiture et ce fut un agréable moment. Parfait pour juxtaposer les visites de sites et vacances en amoureux avec la piscine, le sauna et le jacuzzi. 😊👍💯 Tout était fonctionnel et en rapport avec les photos. Les petites attentions comme les gâteaux italiens ou le café sont très appréciables. La climatisation permet de bien dormir. 😴☀️😎 . Nous avons passé un moment magique dans cette très belle ville de Rome, avec un hôte formidable. Beaucoup mieux qu'un hôtel. 🎉🎈🎊

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!
