Beautiful place, exceptionally clean, owner is an excellent communicater, and we had everything we needed, and more! Loved our stay there!

The place is exactly as described and has a perfect contemporary country music vibe to it…very comfortable bed and furniture…as-well. We particularly enjoyed the vinyl record player. Jessica is extremely quick and responsive to help in anyway including local spots to check out. Would stay again

Sean really saved the day when my friend and I were in town! We had booked the wrong day for our stay and were really in a pinch when it came to finding a place for the night. He was very quick to respond! We loved the eclectic feel of the space. We felt right at home. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. If you’re planning a trip to East Nashville definitely check his place out!

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very thoughtful in what they provide and offer. They were also very responsive and helpful. The place was great and walkable to Broadway. We had an excellent experience.

If you’re heading to Nashville, esp. for the bars on Broadway, you wont find a better location or condo. Just a five minute walk to broadway, tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Fun decor and one of the largest units in the building. No street noise because you are courtyard side and never heard anyone past quiet hours even though we saw lots of party groups staying there. Jessica & Josh were super helpful and responsive. The complex itself was good - Jessica & Josh sent plenty of info ahead of time that made getting in and around easy. I recommend this condo to anyone heading to Nashville!

Fabulous design and super friendly host. After a minor snafu, I actually met Meredith in person and she gave me the BEST recommendations. The highlight was salsa night on Monday night. Pro tip: bring ear plugs. The train runs close by.

Joan and team were great and the unit was the best that I’ve stayed in at this property (and I come often and all have been good). This will be my first check for avail on the next trip to Nashville. Tastefully decorated and nice touches. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Great stay for first time in Nashville! The place was clean and homey. It was nice being next to the river. We walked around Germantown and was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

Nice place to get away from the hustle of Broadway but close enough to walk and enjoy. The unit was perfect. Highly recommend. Hope to be back again.

This is a perfect 1 bedroom with a generous living room space, in walkable distance to Broadway. Check in/out instructions were clear, and Todd was motivated by providing a high level of hospitality and satisfaction. I’d recommend this to those looking for an easy, relatively quiet spot that you can walk to Broadway from!

Amy’s condo is beautiful and was a great location for the event we were attending. Very close to broadway street. Easy to get in and out. A bonus speakeasy in the basement which awesome. We had a couple of hiccups but Amy was VERY responsive and took care of the issues quickly. Will definitely visit and book with Amy again.

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous view of Cumberland river right behind the condo. Nice decor and pretty much has everything you need including coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend it.

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

The 1865 is a wonderful place to stay. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The building was awesome, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place was perfect for our families Nashville stay. Easy to get to and from downtown and other parts of the city, parking was no problem. And the area was a great area to get a morning jog in. Brody was an extremely responsive host and even called me to quickly get me some answers. I would 10/10 stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

From the minute you walk onto the front porch and sit in the swing you have found peace and good energy at the same time. This home is beautiful and so relaxing. You see attention to detail everywhere. The beds and linens are super comfy! One of the bathrooms has a jetted tub to soak and relax. Kitchen is full of all the utensils you need including items for kids if they are traveling with you. TVs everywhere and if you have business in Nashville the dining room is large enough to host a small business meeting! This home is outfitted to accommodate lots of different experiencesand needs. The neighborhood is amazing and we walked probably a mile around the area to coffeeshops, past little bakeries and local country bars. 7 minutes from downtown by uber, this is definitely a FIND!! You are close enough to the downtown crazy, yet in the middle of a true neighborhood with kid friendly parks and adult activities, the best of all worlds. ALSO, perfect GIRLS weekend spot. Loved it!

This house was such a wonderful place to welcome a varying group of travelers arriving at BNA throughout the day. We gathered, had a great time, and traveled on to East Tennessee as a big group.

Great stay. Location was walking distance to 12 South and Hillsboro Village. House matched photos and was comfortable for a family vacation.
