Vacation rentals with a patio in Montgomery County

The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious and airy. It was located in downtown Clarksville near the college. It made for perfect lodging for graduation weekend. The drive to Nashville was 1hr but didn't feel too bad. Great place to stay!!

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Was a welcoming feeling from the home to the host . I enjoyed seeing deer off the back patio and a 10 minute or less drive to Clarksville TN and all kinds of restaurants and a movie theater! It's a self check in and he respects your privacy and your peace. If you want that at home relaxing feeling this is the place and host for you

Jami 's home was a last minute reservation before traveling to Savannah, Georgia. Jami's home was beautiful and spotless and was a nice quiet get away for us! highly recommend her home! definitely will book again if the chance permits! *also, the little chocolates and spa like feel was super nice to begin our busy travels! thank you Jami!

Holly’s place was the perfect start to our stay in Clarksville. It had everything we needed and was right next to APSU. Holly was responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The property was just as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming, and communicated well the checking and checking out process. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with a group of people! Enough space to come together and still have privacy when desired. Plenty of sleeping options galore. Personally I loved the sound machines in the various rooms and used mine every night. Very nice home and hoping to stay again in the future!

The home was extremely clean and comfortable for our family of five, two adults and three teenagers. The beds were very comfortable! We had a delay in our travel plans and the host was extremely accommodating for our situation. It was a nice to not have an extensive checkout list as well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks so much for a great stay 😊

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

David is a great host, providing clear communication on everything prior to our stay and checked in during as well. He even walks you to some great local establishments via an earlier sent video, which we loved! The place was clean and well stocked with anything we would need. The couch and bed were comfy. Just a 10 minute walk to the Honkey Tonks on Broadway. We’d stay again.

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!
